I think the third rule is 'no guilt', further elaborated in that article. Eat the ice cream, don't beat yourself up over it though. (Shows intention) and then no sweets or slipping tomorrow (rule No.2) and move on from it without beating yourself up (no guilt!) Thanks! Quote Link to comment

pseudobison Posted December 29, 2016 Report Share Posted December 29, 2016 I couldn't find a post with exactly those 3 rules, but "never two in a row" is probably the phrasing you want when Googling around for early Nerd Fitness content that includes that second rule.
