Enforcer24 Posted August 29, 2016 Report Share Posted August 29, 2016 So I started my new journey to being healthier, and back in shape. Hit the grocery store and got some great things for this. Lots of veggies and fruits-good protein. At work yesterday, I ate great, and kept track of everything. But at dinner, the wife and I decided to split a frozen pizza. It was great, but I was pretty guilty after. I just want to eliminate those poor choices. I guess baby steps, since this is a new journey.... 1 Quote Link to comment
