I started out with what I thought were small goals to help me reach larger goals. I think I just lost motivation, and once I left the site, I REALLY lost motivation. I also need to remind myself that being fit is what I really want. I cannot step into this hesitantly. The last time I was walking the line between healthy and unhealthy. Unhealthy won. Now I'm jumping all in. My goal this time around is to make sure I build a support system. I hope to be a little more outgoing this time. Comment on posts and such. Join the challenges and find success! Here are some ways I'm going to make this go around a success: 1. Log in every day 2. Update my accountability every day 3. Read a motivational book and apply it to my life 4. Sign up for the next challenge 5. Try not to set goals that are too big, or too many That should do it. They look like meta-goals, designed to make it easier (or even possible) to set and reach your 'real' goals. (I have trouble being more outgoing too btw.
