injex
Can I still do HIIT on a speed bike nonetheless? And would I be capable of warming up 5 mins on the Elliptical before starting strength training? Or should I simply skip anything related to my feet tonight at the gym and just do strength training for my upper body? If the latter, what exercise could I do then to warm up? Quote Link to comment
67alecto
Unfortunately, no one can really answer those questions but you. Using the range of motion could make it hurt more, or the increased blood flow could make it feel better. My advice is to try it out and see what you can do. If it continues to hurt, stop and move on to something else. If it's really bad, take a few days off. Quote Repairing a lifetime of bad habits... Link to comment
