Ok. Challenge recap. 

Dismal failure due to tweaking my back during a Krav Maga exercise. I did exercise by walking though; so not as bad as it could have been. I need to be more conscious of my running form for next time.

 

Monkey Tamers: I did much better last time. I had a more detailed plan so for the next challenge I'm going back to that.
