Challenge idea's for where i am at right now?

I'm average when it comes to fitness and im working up to good then great not sure how long it takes, with that said I'm looking for Challenge idea's that i can use. Now i would put this under the challenge section but im looking for idea's so i have nothing yet.

Challenge Defined:

Something with a recordable goal

Something that improves on what im doing

Something that is Challenging BUT is not so Challenging that i stop having fun

1) so no marathons, ninja runs, or murder runs yet

2) workouts that would improve my abs, hollywood body type

3) something fun? Hmm maybe I should define that

4) Should I be looking for a mentor or a trainer?

Here is my current workout:

Challenge Ten: Do all my workouts for the week (This was my first BIG Challenge but i failed it day before yesterday do from being sick)

a) Cattle bell 20 reps 3/11/2012

B) Mcrunch 10 reps 3/11/2012

c) Pushup's 10 reps 2 sets 3/11/2012

d) Raised Pushups 5 reps 3/11/2012

di) Handstand Pushups 5 reps 3/11/2012

dii) Single-arm clean-and-press with 36lbs kettlebell-10 reps (50 reps left)3/11/2012

diii) Single-arm clean-and-press with 36lbs kettlebell-10 reps (50 reps Right)3/11/2012

div) Walking 5mins (30mins a day)3/11/2012

dv) Cattle bell pumps left arm 10 reps (50 reps right)3/11/2012

dvi) Cattle bell pumps right arm 10 reps (50 reps right)3/11/2012

i think thte question you have to ask youself is "what do i want to be able to do?" what is an active activity that you would like to try - or would like to get better at? do you want to run a marathon one day? do you want to bike across europe? think of something BIG and FUN that you'd have to be super fit to accomplish. then think of a baby step that would push you in that direction.

another idea: if you really want that hollywood body look, why not try googling the workout routines of your favorite celebrities - maybe your challenge can be to emulate one celebrity workout per week at least twice a week?

Thanks, Yea i dont really know what i want as far as big end goal? As steve posted about dragon killing, I dont really have a fitness challenge like that most fitness challenges if they where a dragon i more likely to say hi to then kill lol. Now outside of fitness i have some solid challenges business/job/book etc, what i would love to do is combine my fitness into say business a off hand example would be.

by doing 50 pushups a day I increase my energy by 10% etc, I do like your hollywood workout idea im already checking out http://www.hollywoodphysique.com hmm end game goal/Challenge could be to workout with them. two marathons im looking at are http://solar-eclipse-marathon.com (on the day the world suppose to end =P) and http://www.petra-marathon.com/ which is a run through the Take the trip to incredible Jordan and the unique ciy of Petra for a fantastic marathon adventure.

Thanks for your help, while im still having problems I.E. im still not sure how to take a part a workout to turn it into a set of challenges which is what im working on.

Vision: a visual ending to the over all goal

Focus goal: what do i need to work on sort of a midpoint

Challenge: where i'm having a problem finding and deconstruct workouts etc

Emulate rolemodels: who has done what i done (ebm1224 why not try googling the workout routines of your favorite celebrities and Waldo's picture)

There still a few things i need to work on there
