Strength training exercises focusing only on the upper body

Pull Ups

Dips

Cheat Rows

Seated exercises

Reverse Crunches

Bench

Seated overhead press (possibly iffy)

1 leg elevated press ups.

Various machine exercises.

Agreed almost in full...

I'd take out the 1 leg press ups, and no machine exercises.

Add barbell upright rows to the mix, too...

Included the machine exercises as there would not be any stress on the ankle.

Upright barbell rows require a standing position.

I don't know how the ankle is so I figured it would be safer to recommended exercises that do not require stabilisation from the legs.

Oh, I see... You're right, of course, I disregarded the option that the ankle is in a very bad shape...
