injex
Since my left ankle is currently screwed and it's safer for me to not use my legs atm, are there any strength training exercises I can do that focus only on the upper body? Thanks in advance, Daniel. Quote Link to comment

I'd take out the 1 leg press ups, and no machine exercises.Add barbell upright rows to the mix, too... Quote "Live hard, die hard and love hard in between. Dantes
Included the machine exercises as there would not be any stress on the ankle. Upright barbell rows require a standing position. I don't know how the ankle is so I figured it would be safer to recommended exercises that do not require stabilisation from the legs. Quote Link to comment

You're right, of course, I disregarded the option that the ankle is in a very bad shape... Quote "Live hard, die hard and love hard in between.
