Flusteredsloth
Hey all. I've been reading the amazing articles Steve offers for years but have never joined the crowd in here. But I feel the time has come because I'm getting frustrated with myself for not actually following the advice offered and I figured I could use some extra support. So a little about me, I'm a 26 year old female. I am 5'9 and weigh about 220. I've been heavier my whole life and a few years ago I actually dropped down to a good weight and felt awesome but then life got in the way, as it so often does, and I put on the weight again and now I can't seem to get the conviction to lose it once more. I do crossfit a few times a week and I teach yoga as well twice a week. However, my diet isn't the best. And I can't seem to fix it. So I'm here asking for moral help. I see all these amazing success stories and I am ready to be another one, so hello to all my fellow rebels! Quote Link to comment
Bookish Badger
Welcome to the Rebellion! If you're looking for support and encouragement, I can't recommend the 4-week challenges highly enough. Don't wait for the next one to start - start your challenge now! Pick something basic for now that you can build on later, like "eat one veggie at dinner" or "Walk once around the block every day." If you aren't sure what class you might like, or don't want to think about all that right now, c'mon over and join us Rebels! It's where most new folks start out, and where quite a few of us stay. Good luck on your journey! Quote "'It's time for a few small repairs,' she said." - Shawn Colvin Link to comment
