Hi all

 

Wanted to say hello. I'm a 57 year old man who needs to get back into shape. I already follow a primal diet though I need to cut out some sugar. First step is to start the basic exercise routine 3 x per week. I'm going to start with just one run through and build up. I have a chronic knee problem but if I work up to it slowly I'll be OK.

After that the focus will be on simplifying my life so there is time for the things I want to do.

Good luck! I'm 51, so I love to see older Rebels join the Rebellion. I recommend the book Deskbound by Kelly Starrett. He has lots of mobility exercises and recommendations for dealing with chronic pain.

That sounds really fun. I could see where it could be super time consuming though. With the B and B are you busy all year or just seasonally?
