What quotes do you like? Where do you take inspiration? What does it mean to you?

Now granted, a fair number of these I got right here from you guys, so I hope you'll forgive my ninja-ing them for this list.

I take it to mean that the more you let yourself slip the more you will slip and you will continue on slipping until the slip has become the norm and you begin to hate yourself.

The other interpretation is ehhh not so PC hahaha.

my favorite quotes are more attitude related than "workout hard" related. both by vonnegut...

I have that tattooed on my wrist. That way its right there as a constant reminder that no matter how bad things get, it's going to be ok. Shit happens, deal with it, and learn from it. move on.

Henry Rollins is a huge inspiration to me, I like alot of his ideas and the way he takes on life.

I'm a big fan of Robert Frost's "Two Tramps In Mudtime" This last part of the poem often comes to me when i'm running or wanting to cut my workout a few sets short...

Wear sunscreen

If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it.

The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists

whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience…

I will dispense this advice now.

Be careful whose advice you buy,

But, be patient with those who supply it.

Advice is a form of nostalgia,

Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal,

Wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it’s worth.

But trust me on the sunscreen…

Thats kinda funny, because as a primal, sunscreen is bad. : P

Also, "throw away your old bank statements." might be the key to happiness, but not financial freedom. : P
