Greetings from Bighara

Hello all,

 

I just send up for the forums and a free character. I chose "Warrior" because one of my goals is add some muscle mass (as well as lose some fat). Looking forward to learning from people here.

 

A bit about my progress (and lack of it): I'm a 48yo male. Just under 6' and currently 190 lbs. I have a fairly sedentary job (Gov't IT) but currently work out a few times a week. Mostly I do a cardio kickboxing class (Think "Tae-Bo") for 45 minutes, 2-3 times a week. I've lost most of the weight I want to (the last 5 or so to go), but I also want to add some lean mass. Right now I'm starting to add in some strength training (bodyweight for now).
