mjmetcalf Posted September 17, 2010 Report Share Posted September 17, 2010 I'm happy to say that after about 4 weeks of changing things for the better, I'm 10 pounds lighter. (Actually, 12 pounds according to the scale this morning but I'm only claiming the 10 for now.) No more crappy snacks out of the vending machine, no more fast food lunches. No more crap, period. Along with working out 3 times a week and just trying to be more active overall. I'm a happy nerd right now. Thanks Quote I might be a Scout. I might be a Ranger. I haven't decided yet.
