Hello everyone,

 

I looked about and could not work out where I belonged (although I was mostly an Assassin when we played D & D)... anyhow.

 

I'm very curious about how people view their health and are getting along with their body and health goals.

My challenge is to continually refine and work on my current health programs... these being

 

1. properly eating - follow the Paleo diet as best I can

 

2. make sure I exercise daily up to 30mins... using body weight exercises

 

3. do sprints on the beach - once per week

 

4. swim 3-4 times in the ocean.

 

I look forward to connecting with the fellow nerds... there seems to be so many ladies here too!

I am 46 years old, man...

I enjoy being outdoors... (this is sounding like a dating post - I think, been married decades, nope never been on any of those other sites either!)

I do mostly Tennis Coaching work... but in my previous days I did IT Consulting & Programming work in Progress 4GL.

I've spent my life attempting to stay healthy... most of what I did was learning (or crap - it looks too polite here to vent my feelings fully).

But after much looking I see there seems to be more truth out there...
