So, I've always had a swingy relationship to my fitness. On the one hand, I know I have the capabilities to be at a reasonable healthy level. I bet money that I could even get to looking "Hot". On the other hand, Soda's delicious, and my less than perfect self-esteem tends to lean towards bad foods since I took alcohol off the table. But now that I'm 34, my metabolism's slowing down, my recovery's slowing down, and I can't shake off an entire container of no-bake cookies like I used to. SO... its time to buckle down and make some progress happen. I thank you all for the help I know you'll be able to provide Quote Link to comment
