I'm new to NF and fitness in general, though I have always had a deep admiration for all things dance, parkour, flexible and gymnast like. My lifestyles have kept me from being the things I admire. I've given birth 4 times, all c-sections, and because of the pregnancies and the long amounts of time before I could lift more than 15 pounds I've learned to live life sitting and watching. It doesn't help that I suffer from a large mixture of mental health issues (Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Schizophrenia), and now that things have panned out in such a way that my children stay with their father (he and I separated, largely because of my mental health issues) I have started focusing on me and not everything around me. Mentally I am doing better, so now I work on the physical. My ideal goal is to move like Catwoman and Harley Quinn, and hopefully still be able to have a body similar to Zatanna (No guarantee there, but I do have an hourglass figure naturally so there's hope). I am currently doing the impossible abs workouts, I have about 5 weeks left of that. My diet is mostly paleo (I have a hard time getting rid of cheese, however I don't eat it nearly as much as I use to and I am almost completely paleo at this point). There's improvements, but I know what I want and just abs isn't it. Like I said though, I'm new to fitness, I don't know what exercises I would do to be able to move like I want, so hopefully posting in the forums and lurking about will help me figure out what I need to do to get there. I have short term goals as well. Currently doing 1 pull up is one of those goals, along with being able to do real push ups (Currently doing the ones on my knees because I can't keep the form for a regular one). I belly dance for fun and also have the goal of being able to learn a whole choreographed routine. Have a look at the Assassins sub forum and challenge threads, I'm sure you'll meet lots of people who will be an inspiration, or maybe a source of encouragement to you. Good luck.
