babycakes1970
Well I took two weeks off to let my knees and ankles heal. Well they are almost there so this week I will be back at the Y only I will be lap swimming. I may he doing that for a while if I like the Pool schedule at our new YMCA. Last year at my neighborhood Y I did Lap swimming but quit because the swim lessons that were held in the pool at the same time made it too crowded for me.My second woot is that I can now squeeze into a size 14. I have a muffin top and a 16 is more comfortable but hey I can zip em up! Quote My Husband's Novel Link to comment

babycakes1970
Me too. I am still taking it easy. Those beginner body weight exercises really did a number on them. I will do some bodyweight stuff this week just once and then if I am still okay I will do more next week. Quote My Husband's Novel Link to comment

NotBadForAHuman
Congrats! Sometimes dropping a size in clothing is way more satisfying than watching the scale creep down. A few years ago I started out in tight size 20's, so I definitely remember how excited I was to get into 14's. Congrats again! Quote Link to comment
