Los Alamos Labs
On June 1st of this year, I was 270 pounds and I entered a weight loss challenge at work. Three months and three challenges later, I was down 59 pounds and feeling better than I can ever remember. I hear 95% of all people who go on crash diets end up gaining the weight back. My mission then is to be that 1 guy out of 20 who manages to keep it off. My name's Mike. Nice to meet y'all. 2 Quote Link to comment
UnquietBones
Welcome to the madness and congratulations on the three challenge wins! These forums are great for finding new ways to be active and new eating habits to try out. Lifestyle changes are a lot harder than diets, but you end up with a lot of awesome new hobbies (and forum buddies) so it's definitely worth the work. I hope you have a great time finding your niche!
