Hey guys! I am planning to respawn at the beginning of the year. I am kinda new to the forums. (Tried a while back but didn't stick to it) I have been with NF for almost 2 years now. I didn't really start into it until after my wedding in late 2015. I lost 30 lbs but then made some bad decisions that derailed me. I am trying out the forums again now that I know about Tapatalk to help keep me connected.

Anyway, I am 30 and love to run. I hope to get back into it in 2017 and do a few 5ks. I also plan to get back into being Paleo. This time I plan to stick to it and not let anything stop me![emoji39]

Oh! I've just re-read your post and noticed you said you were kinda new to the forums. Oopsie!

 

I've commented in other people's intro post explains a bit about the challenges and the guilds etc. If there's anything that I can help you with then please ask. It can be daunting when you don't really know your way around or know the other members. Lots of people join but then drift away because they feel a little lost so if I can help you feel a bit more at home then I'd be delighted to help. 

 

Are you going to join in the next 4Week Challenge? It starts on Jan 8th if you're interested.

You're fine! Yea I was one of those people who drifted away. Now that I know about the app I am trying it again. I do plan on doing the next challenge. From what I understand you make your own challenges right? I'm going to see how I like the forums and if I stick to them with this challenge.
