I must say, I was not surprised by anything, all those myths have been explored in NF at some point, but it's nice to see those topics gaining more space in the nerdsphere So, thank you Steve for helping me not suck at improving my life! To register you have to have lost 30+ lbs and have kept it off 1+ years.The most telling thing I've found thus far, stats among their members:90% exercise, on average, about 1 hour per day.Which reinforces my strongly held belief that while diet may be 80% of weight loss, exercise is 80% of keeping it off.
