Lifehacker on exercise myths

Recommended Posts

Through some linking in that article, I came to:

The National Weight Control Registy, an interesting site to check out for people losing weight. To register you have to have lost 30+ lbs and have kept it off 1+ years.

The most telling thing I've found thus far, stats among their members:

90% exercise, on average, about 1 hour per day.

Which reinforces my strongly held belief that while diet may be 80% of weight loss, exercise is 80% of keeping it off.

don't panic!
