Greetings beings of all timezones,

 

I'm actually surprised to find a community like this that I was not aware of. I will give myself 10 points for discovery.

 

I began my fitness journey two years ago, I have always considered myself to be healthy as a lifelong vegetarian, however, my days are usually spent entirely stationary with my head in a book. I do plan to outlive the average person as I have more topics to master, and much knowledge to be gained. Unfortunately, the human body requires rather a large amount movement to maintain a healthy state.

 

A healthy body, a healthy mind as they say.
