Geran Posted January 18, 2017 Report Share Posted January 18, 2017 I added 50 pounds to my Deadlift today and still knocked out my 5 sets of 5. I have now surpassed one of my lifting goals(lift at least my bodyweight) on one of my four lifts! Now I just need to get there on Bench Press, Squat, and Overhead Press. Quote Link to comment
