CruiseBoxAD Posted January 21, 2017 Report Share Posted January 21, 2017 Hi, everyone one I was here in 2014. I really got into the first challenge was taking a Zambia class. Swimming on the days I didn't go to class walking. Eating healthier. Following the plan. In December of that year I go sick had to have several surgeries. I lost lot of muscle mass. Was told by doctor that I need to gain weight because I lost to much. I end up gaining to much. Last year I worked out some but I go good stop and start again. Also my stomach is has little feeling. When I start doing to much at once it hurts and some exercise I am not sure if I can do again. I step on the scales few weeks ago I didn't like what it said. I have not been this big since high school. Last time I was here I only need to lose about 25-30 pounds. Now I need to lose 50-60 pounds. I am not sure if I am ready for the 4 or 6 week challenge yet. I have started walking again and eating less. I tracking my habitats. I am here again because I liked it before hoping to get strong and level up. 1 Quote Link to comment

CruiseBoxAD Posted January 28, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 28, 2017 Thank you, Stress also adds to weight gain. Were I used to work the teachers had eat with the children. Most of meals would be nothing but carbs example applesauce and toast, milk to drink. I start a new job in a week we can take our lunch. Quote Link to comment
