JaydenK203 Posted January 21, 2017 Report Share Posted January 21, 2017 Heya everyone, So I've been reading NerdFitness since 2015 and decided to join May 2016. Did the body weight training and stucked to it on and off for 3 months, I actually lost about 25 lbs. Then life got in the way and I took a one week break in August 2016, which turned into 5 months sighz... But I'm back for my 2nd go and I aim to stick to it and level up my life this time around. Motivation is my biggest problem, so this time I decided to be more active in forums and Facebook page cause I could really use the support guys. I've always been interested in the learning Parkour which is why I chose to be an Assassin. My main goal right now is to lose this gut of mines and gain some muscle mass, I'm about 145lbs and 5' 9" tall. I'm kinda overwhelmed with all the information though, so any advice guys???
