SMC Runner
Hey guys. My name is Chris, and I'm from Massachusetts. I've been reading the articles on the site for a while, but finally decided to join up. Have been overweight for a good portion of my life, although my weight is back in the "Normal" range right now. With college on my horizon, though, I'm looking to get into a much better fitness plan and to start eating a lot better. Going for more of a balanced diet than Paleo, although I'm definitely going to limit how many carbs I eat. Looking forward to posting updates here and starting to form better habits!
