So I've been doing these for about a week now and I was wondering if it's just one time through these workouts or what's going on with that? Should I go through the set more than once? Anim07734 Posted February 4, 2017 Report Share Posted February 4, 2017 Assuming your referring to this blog post, you're expected to do the circuit as many times as you safely can (EG good form on all exercises).
