Willy Weldens is a beast. That back lever press handstand made Jim Bathurst look like a noob. But, yeah, he trains mostly bodyweight, I think. You don't have to lift weights to get the tank-type body.

That is not to say weights aren't productive. The Chinese pro gymnasts squat and deadlift. The stronger their legs are, the better they'll do on the floor.
