dncahn206 Posted April 29, 2017 Report Share Posted April 29, 2017 After almost four years of pretty consistent good choices in terms of eating and excercise I've fallen off it all these past 4-5 months and my mood is low, my conditioning is down and doing the work to get back where I was sounds impossible. What really trips me up is not deciding what type of activity to focus on, nothing sounds enjoyable at the moment. I flit between yoga, bodyweight exercises and running but don't stick on one. I'm eating terribly too of course. I'm in that typical downward cycle. Coming here again because I need to be part of something larger again! I don't think I am ready to even commit to a week long challenge as I beat myself up way too much if I miss a day. What I will do is commit to a day long challenge: After I comment on a few posts, today I will go for a run in the beautiful park I am so lucky to live near, practice some dead hangs, and not eat any sugary crap.
