Before I started the challenge I was addicted to junk . I'd drivel two cans of coke a day , two bottles on the weekend and have mc donalds twice a week .

Oh and heaps of chocolate and chips . I'd eat out of boredom.

The past few weeks I haven't had coke at all . I got one can at first but hated the taste now , I'm not craving it anymore . No fried food , maybe one or two small chocolates in two weeks .

I've been lifting weights , just 15kg but before that I couldn't even do that without getting tired , I'm so motivated now , I never thought id be able to do this , never thought that fitness would be my passion .
