Pull ups become addcitve very fast when you get your first one done. Heh, I was working out in the park one day a couple years ago (when I lived next to a park), working on getting UP to pull ups (Noooooooot there yet!), and a lady who claimed to once be a personal trainer came over and chatted with me a bit, ending her conversation with how women physiologically are incapable of doing pull ups.
