DaveSix Posted March 31, 2012 Report Share Posted March 31, 2012 I'm only on week 6 of Couch25K. I was only going to run 2.5K tonight after dinner. But I decided to go for it and run a full 5K! Walked 0.6K warm-up and 1.9K cool down.I'm shredded, but very pleased with my progress. Quote Link to comment
