Was still out and about when my alarm went off, so skipped the workout. Saturday: Only managed 15 assisted tricep dips. Sunday: I was elbow deep in making a gallon of yogurt, when the alarm went off and couldn't risk burning it. I'm the only one here and there's no one to see it or cast judgments. Wednesday: computer was at the tech guy's getting debugged and updated. I don't have a t.v. so I had nothing else to do besides clean and workout to the radio. Did line drills and kicks in time with Radioactive. Pulse squats, side leg lunges, static squats in time to Shape of You. Crunches, v-sits, and bicycles in time to Uptown Funk (only half the song). Planks and stretches in time to some new auto-tuned Taylor Swift thing.
