Hey everyone, my name is Vince. I'm a 24 year old college student in New York City. I just enrolled today, I bought the Rebel Strength Guide and read through it.

I'm 6ft tall 158 pounds (last I checked). I've always been skinny, but I've always been athletic. I've been on all my schools teams baseball and basketball. But now I play football mostly and my body takes a beating. So I've needed to bulk up for a long time and I've been working out since high school with no real results. I've never really cared about bulking up because I just convinced myself that being skinny was to keep my speed and it made me happy. Until you get tackled by someone twice your size and faster than you, you start to think otherwise.

So I'm excited to start my process. I'm about to take my picture, I downloaded my calorie tracker on my iphone and I'm going to start scheduling my workouts.

I feel like I'm forgetting something, besides eating like right now. I'm already behind.

A little about me: I study Architecture, this is my final year. I play SWTOR, I just finished my emotionally charged ride in Mass Effect 3 and I'm a recovering WoW addict.

Thanks,

Vincent
