doc_brietz Posted April 3, 2012 Report Share Posted April 3, 2012 So, I was tasked with 2 a day PT for the overweight guys and PT failures. I am basing my workout routines off of Steve's post on Build your own workout. I am running out of excercises and I need Ideas. My morning routine is Body Weight Brigade Rank 1 for M-W-F combined with 3 days of cardio T-TH-SAT. My goal is to get the guys in the gym and do 4-5 excercises, 3-5 sets, 8-12 reps of each. Like crossfit, I am using girl names for my workouts. I am trying to work the 5 main areas that Steve has listed, but I am keeping my "workouts of the day" between 30-45 minutes a piece with a good mix of cardio and excercise.Now, before you all ask, we are all deployed and all I have is a month to work with just to try and get these guys to buy in a little bit. I know that you have to want to change, and this is way too late in the game deployment wise. More later!
