Although looking back, I wasn't eating very good back then, so that could explain it. My weights stuff is short (45-60 min) and low-cardio.Morning cycling: fasted; eat later. Exception for anything long, like a morning race, when I'd wake up early to nom as below.Later in the day: Something a bit carby (like a banana, bit of flapjack for riding, or (ahem) nom pepperami nom for mental meat) 1-2h before.
