hey guys, finally registered after reading almost every article on the site. I started working at a desk job 3 years ago and been getting blob like. I was prolly around 185 in college. I tore my acl last summer and weighed in at 214. Had surgery 6 months ago and started going to the gym couple months ago and been 1 month since I discovered this site. Now I've been eating as paleo as I can and doing full body workouts. I'm at 198 lbs right now and have a main goal of hitting 10% body fat (need to find out body fat first though...) but yea, that's me, trying to get back in shape and become a healthier person
