Cardinal_22
For those who are unfamiliar, the Memorial Day "Murph" is an American CrossFit tradition. It is supposed to be performed in boots and a 20-lb weighted vest. Somehow I actually managed to finish the thing, Rx, in 53:33. To be fair, I wasn't wearing boots... but I did have the 20 lb vest on. "Murph" For time: 1 mile Run 100 Pull-ups* 200 Push-ups* 300 Air Squats* 1 mile Run *May be partitioned any way you like In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. 2 Quote - Level 3 Night Elf Warrior - 6'0" / 166 lbs. Wobbegong
Cardinal, you're fantastic. Amazing! I'm still looking forward to the day I can do one pull-up, let alone 100! And all that in under an hour! 1 Quote Link to comment
