I'm looking for some new songs, and I can't stand training without some kind of music going on in the background. Posthumous Just about anything by Dragonforce but "Through the Fire and the Flames" and "Cry Thunder" in particular. My running list has some more moderate-cadence tunes since I have this tendency to change my pace to match the music without realizing it. I also find podcasts invaluable for long runs (30 minutes or more).
