And my problem is that as soon as my exercise level drops due to a hectic schedule my belly returns to the bloated state it was sometime before exercising. I am doing it for one and half years. One common problem is that when our exercise level drops, especially due to busyness, we still continue to eat the same amount. If your activity level drops, you need to reduce the amount of food you eat. Also, I've found that regular walking is a great way to keep up the metabolism.
