Welcome! What are you doing as far as exercising and eating ? One common problem is that when our exercise level drops, especially due to busyness, we still continue to eat the same amount. If your activity level drops, you need to reduce the amount of food you eat. Also, I've found that regular walking is a great way to keep up the metabolism. Even if you can't get to the gym, try for a 15 minute walk during the day.
