JamesAE Posted April 8, 2012 Report Share Posted April 8, 2012 At long last, I performed a full one arm pushup (admittedly it was quite shaky). I didn't really use any specific progression, just worked on increasing strength. When doing them, I found it easier to have my other hand on my hip and my working hand slightly in front of my shoulders. I didn't worry about foot positioning, but had them slightly further than shoulder width apart (but not too much). Quote Link to comment
