Pericles Posted July 29, 2017 Report Share Posted July 29, 2017 So about 6 weeks ago I broke my wrist while Mountain Biking, and I put back on 20 lbs. During my recovery time I started weight watchers and brought 10lbs back off, and as soon as the Doc clears me I'll be back on my bike. I've also spent this last week doing research and I believe once I'm cleared I'm going to give Crossfit a try as well. I'm thinking that it will be close to mid September before I'm actually cleared but until then I will continue to utilize weight watchers and walk.
