Hello from the north!

Hi my name’s Cleo, I’m Canadian. I started working out steadily almost a year and a half ago, and I’m pretty much addicted to it. I enjoy reading lots of different things about fitness, and trying different things. Right now my passion is running, I have also started working with weights and am trying to throw in some yoga or pilates.

It’s been a real trial and error process as I’ve tried different things, gotten injured a few times (mostly overuse and weak muscles).

I’m 35, weigh about 145 lbs, I was 150 lbs until recently, so yay me.

I’ve been reading here a few weeks it’s one of the best forums/sites I’ve seen online. Hoping to learn some things and pass on anything useful I’ve learned to others just starting out. Anyway that’s it for now.
