hello rebels

hey everybody

ok I am new to the forums though I have been reading found the website almost two weeks ago. I do allot of weight training anyway but I did find some of the articales good and informative.

bit of history is that I used to wrestle (trained in Canada) until I had a knee injury. though I have recovered from my injury I have moved to the nottingham area in england (am from south wales) so have not got back into wrestling as I don't know where in the area to do it. I am looking to drop a bit of weight for a competition I am trying to look good for (currently weigh about 204 lbs). after that I am going to be training for a 10K survival of the fittest run in October, which I may be looking for some advice here as I have never trained for a running event before so may feel like a bit of a newb for that.

also as a personal goal I am trying to learn how to do a hand stand press.
