I'm attempting to write a paper and realizing that I have way too much energy to sit in one place long enough to think and start writing. Unfortunately, couches don't look kindly on being launched from the floor, and I don't (yet) have a weight stack at the ready, so I'm out of luck.Anyone have a particular favorite explosive bodyweight move for me?
