Valette Posted March 5, 2018 Report Share Posted March 5, 2018 I've been using NF for the general goals for awhile now. So, I decided to swing by the forums and say HI! I'm not too handy at writing introductions, so I suppose I'll talk in brief about my own fitness and goals. I've been studying martial arts for a couple of decades now, but I grew up lacking fitness in a lot of other key areas. As an adult, I've ventured more into weightlifting, cross-training, and kickboxing. Now, I'm kind of interested in incorporating meditative goals and just... trying new things, ya know?
