Pietrotang
Hi guys, My name is Alex and now I am 23 years old. My height is 1,7 meters and my weight is 65 kg. I have just taken up going to the gym everyday to build my muscles and reduce the amount of dump in my body. I join this forum to learn which exercise is best for beginner like me and which part of the body that should be built first. I'm open and excited to hear your advice. Thanks in advance!
