Oogiem
+1 on the protein coffee, just be sure to whisk it with hot coffee slowly, like a gravy or you get lumps. Oogie McGuire Black Sheep Shepherdess STR 4.25 | DEX 4.5 | STA 3.75 | CON 3 | WIS 4.75 | CHA 1 Link to comment
aj_rock
you can bake it or heat it with a frying pan to form a pancake Very dry though. However, figure out how many carbs and fat you want to have with your protein and make your own protein bar! Mix in oatmeal, egg, oats, dried fruit, whatever floats your boat, put it in a brownie dish, bake, and voila! Why must I put a name on the foods I choose to eat and how I choose to eat them? Rather than tell people that I eat according to someone else's arbitrary rules, I'd rather just tell them, I eat healthy. And no, my diet does not have a name.My daily battle log! Link to comment

161803398874989
To kinda-necro this thread, you could also try mixing an egg and some protein in a mug and then microwaving it for one minute. I usually do that with just the egg and it's delicious. Quare? Quod vita mea non tua est. You can call me Phi, Numbers, Sixteen or just plain 161803398874989. Link to comment
