Small rant: why I won't be helping anyone else with their form at the gym.

Huh. I use it because I have huge knots in my traps that I'm too poor to get massaged out. They're very sensitive and the bar just kills them.

i would offer someone some advice at the gym, mostly only if they were doing something horribly wrong and possibly going to hurt themselves.

i was at the gym doing weighted kip up pull ups and a guy (muscle head) came up to me to tell me how i was using bad form, and that i shouldn't do kip ups as it'll hurt my back. he came up to me under the guise of asking me if i was prepping to work my way up to muscle ups. and the best part? he walked over from the assisted pull up machine.

I think those kind of knots were preventing me from squating heavy earlier this week and last week. I gave them a rest and today I was back on form. I probably should get that massage though ...
