But i am getting pretty good at waking up at 4 and not being tired, like at all. You can use them however you wish. He actually came up with a cool idea of creating a mental space full of different rooms with different equipment. Like, one room for sports to get motivated, one for eating etc.. I also visualised him when not in complete darkness and with my eyes open.
