caponerd48 Posted May 23, 2012 Report Share Posted May 23, 2012 First, a little background: A week into the 6 week challenge I had an injury that has so far prevented me from doing most of what I had planned. However, it has given me an opportunity to look more seriously about my diet, and try to cook more healthy dishes. As a result, I'm at 197 for the first time in years, despite not doing anything more than some light stretching. caponerd48 Posted May 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 26, 2012 I;m hoping to lose another 10 pounds, that would get me to a BMI of 25, which I guess would put me from overweight to normal.
