Under 200 Woot!

First, a little background: A week into the 6 week challenge I had an injury that has so far prevented me from doing most of what I had planned. However, it has given me an opportunity to look more seriously about my diet, and try to cook more healthy dishes. As a result, I'm at 197 for the first time in years, despite not doing anything more than some light stretching. I can't wait to see what kind of results I'll be getting once I combine my new cooking skills with some rigorous training!

I;m hoping to lose another 10 pounds, that would get me to a BMI of 25, which I guess would put me from overweight to normal. It took me a good while to get this close, and I'm sure the next 10 will be no cakewalk, but I'm ready for the challenge!
