Robzilla1983
So Gizmodo holds these weekly shooting challenges. I've always meant to participate (since I got a nice DSLR a year back and didn't really know how to use it). I finally got off my ass and tried the last two. On the zoom exposure challenge two weeks back I forgot to actually submit the picture on time, but I had a lot of fun with the process. This weeks was pixel mutation, and I did get one submitted on time. And I won the challenge! Pretty stoked. What do I win? Bragging rights. And I'm cashing them in! haha. aidanpryde
Very well done. Congrats on the win. Maybe you'll get a leg lamp or something, a major award. I love the thought and work that you put into your shot. Where everyone else just went for blurriness, using such large pixel size for each book was brilliant. Alethea
That is a seriously cool pic. I also really like the thought put behind it. You make a very neat statement regarding digital media (especially since it will render your beloved, handmade shelves obsolete. They somehow look emptier than they should filled with books, don't they?). Quote "Let another say. 'Perhaps the worst will not happen.' You yourself must say. 'Well, what if it does happen?
